This 1962 Chevrolet C10 Short Bed Stepside Pickup has been professionally restored to retain its original factory appearance and specifications. Featuring the desirable first-generation short wheelbase, two-wheel-drive configuration, this classic pickup is powered by its original Blue Flame inline-six engine and three-speed manual transmission, making it an excellent example of an authentic early C10.
The body has been refinished in Gloss Black with contrasting White front and rear bumpers, grille, and tailgate lettering. The factory Stepside bed retains its side-mounted spare wheel and is fitted with a new timber bed floor and polished stainless-steel bed strips. Factory steel wheels with Chevrolet dog-dish hubcaps and brand-new Firestone wide whitewall tires complete the period-correct appearance.
The interior has been restored to factory specifications and features a two-tone Gold and White vinyl bench seat, painted dashboard and door panels, factory steering wheel, factory column-mounted manual shifter, factory instrumentation, and new interior trim throughout.
Power is supplied by the original Chevrolet 235 cubic-inch Blue Flame inline six-cylinder engine. The engine is paired with the factory three-speed column-shift manual transmission, delivering power to the original rear differential.
The truck retains its factory chassis configuration with coil spring suspension, manual steering, and factory drum brakes on all four wheels, providing an authentic driving experience while preserving its original character.
